Nikki
My name is Nikki. I go by the nick names: Nikki Sue, Strawberry, and Punkeydoodle. I’m a physical therapist at the hospital in Coldwater. My loves: God (Yup, He’s the BEST), my husband (even though he smells like pigs), my really cute puppy Maizy. Football (Go Green!), reading, drawing, cooking (if you’re nice to me, I’ll bake you cookies!), traveling, swinging on the swing, sailing and laughing.
This is my first year at Crossroads and I’m so excited to be a part of a ministry tat truly LOVES kids and Christ!

Emily
Hi! I’m a biology/pre-med student at Spring Arbor University. I like long walks on the beach, hot tea, and a good book. I am looking for someone who I can laugh with and travel to third world countries to share the Good News!

Andy
My nights are CRF are spent hiding in the sound booth that I literally built. I’m not one to brag so you would never hear me admit the million things I’ve done here @ CRF. In fact, I didn’t even write this! :) I love CRF because they are the vital part of my salvation story, and I’ll keep coming back until God calls me on.

Steve
My wife married me for a case study while working on her masters. 23 years later she is still trying to figure me out and almost has her PHD. (Steve has been the mastermind behind our CRF bus. We love him and he drives us…literally!)

Stephen
I am a senior at Hillsdale College. I am originally from Colorado, but currently live in Hillsdale with my new bride! This is my first year working with students at Crossroads Farm.

Connie
I am Connie! I am married to Mike. We’ve been volunteering with CRF for 10 years! I love serving God by showing His love to these teens! I love working in the Snack Shack! I love to give hugs, I love the color yellow, and I LOVE smiley faces! And I totally enjoy exclamation marks!!!!

Paul
It has been six years since I was last involved with Crossroads. I attended as a student when I went to Reading HIgh School and upon returning to the area, was informed by Dawn that I could be serving on staff this year…I don’t say “no” to Dawn. Connecting with Crossroads kids has always been a joy, and I look forward to the classic debate kids have: best super hero (superman, duh!), Star Wars vs. StarTrek, Spartans vs everyone else (Go Green!), and the boxer vs briefs (or great compromise of the 20th century known as boxerbriefs)
In the shortest autobiography ever created by an extravert, my name is Paul. I am a hog and crop farmer in Branch County (so I am really good at naps.) I love being outside and all types of sports and movies. My time at Crossroads was life changing and I am thrilled to be back working with the people who changed my life and brought me closer to Christ.

Katina
Hey! I’m Katina and this is year number three for me here at Crossroads Farm. I’m more excited than ever to begin a new year so if volleyball’s your game, and fun’s your middle name, make sure to get a chance to say “hi” and hang out with me!!

Jared
I’m Jared and I’ve basically grown up here. I’m the music man for Barnyard program nights. This year I have two main goals: 1). To see real worship at CRF… and maybe even be used by God for that. and 2). To see God move in the lives of high school guys. I don’t want to say I have an amazing personality, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t. I’m @JaredPhilip follow me.

Stephanie
And as my family always readily agrees: I am weird. I am a senior at Hillsdale College, majoring in political science and Latin. I am originally from the great state of Ohio, and this is my fourth school year on staff at Crossroads. I have the gift of facebook stalking. Yes, it is a gift. (or just creepy-true.) I am addicted to chocolate-especially during paper writing weeks. Chocolate donations are always accepted. Always. In the summers I lifeguard and save lives. It’s pretty epic.

Gus
I have worked for Crossroads Farm for 4 years as a volunteer. I enjoy working with kids! The best part is seeing them grow in their relationship with Christ. The hardest par tis letting them go. Working with kids has not only helped them, but it has helped me grow closer to God as well.

Rich
Hello, I’m a multi-year volunteer and am eager to start this year showing Christ to kids. I get excited about God, church, movies, graphic design, photography, and my fiancé! I’m a graduate of Jonesville High School, so am familiar with the area and the way of life. Please pray that God will give me wisdom and patience this year.

Michael
I am a student at Hillsdale College in the class of 2014. I am working on my degree in English and Latin. I enjoy working with computers and doing video and audio production. I also love camping, backpacking, and working with youth. I enjoy listening to music by Skillet, Switchfoot, Thousand Foot Krutch, Falling Up and Daughtry. Some of my favorite worship artists include Hillsong United, Kari Jobe, and Meredith Andrews. I love reading books and watching movies too! Ask me about my favorites-I have too many to list.
I live life to love God, love people and do awesome things.

Jacqueline
I’m a senior at Hillsdale College and am originally from Ohio. Just got married this summer and I live with my husband in Hillsdale. I’m going into my fourth year of volunteering with Crossroads.

Andrea
This is my 6th year as a lead team coach…I’m beginning to feel like an old timer here! I work as the Community Service Coordinator for Highfields, Inc. I love working with teenagers, hanging out with my nephew and nieces, playing with my dog Ruby, and traveling with my husband, Jerry, the cutest male coach for Crossroads! I’m excited to see how God provides for Jerry to be the Associate Director of Facility Development and how I might make an impact on the amazing teenage girls of Hillsdale County.

Jordan
I love Crossroads! I came here as a student, and now that I’ve gone away to college for four years, I’m stoked to be a part of the ministry again. I’m a big fan of watching baseball and running. I could talk about either one all day long. You might know my parents, Mike and Connie. They’re a part of this ministry as well. Having said that, I apologize in advance for the spontaneous hugs, screams, or overall giddiness of my mother and for the conversations about NASCAR or ice fishing my dad might rope you into. I love God, and whether I’ve met you or not, I love you too. the same is true of the rest of this organization. We’re excited to do life with you!!

Ben
Hello! I’m Ben and I am a junior at Trine University studying mechanical engineering. This is my first year with the Crossroads Farm ministry. I love God, hanging out, and playing games. I am currently engage to be married next summer!! I am excited to be at Crossroads, and to meet new people there.
